Stay away from the computer



We sit a lot and most of the time we are usually staring at our computers! This week whether you are working at your office or home, make sure to get up and move at least once every hour.

  •          Step outside for 10 minutes to soak up some Vitamin D;
  •          Take a quick walk;
  •          Take the stairs a couple of times;
  •          Try doing 15 push-ups;
  •          Do a 1-Minute Wall Sit or Plank!

 Just do something to wake up your muscles, clear your mind, and MOVE! You will come back a little happier, more awake, and refreshed. Let me know how it goes!
